FAQ

1 . How many months we need to commit in order to get the referral reward?

Ans: The referral should commit more than 3 months agreement in order to eligible the requirement.

2. When will referral receive the referral reward?

Ans: When the referral complete the 1 st full month agreement, the reward will be released.

3. How can we join the referral program?

Ans: Need to complete the referral from. Same person was found more than 1 application form or 2 different email addresses, will only count the first submission.

4. Who can get pay?

Ans: Staff, current member & non-members are eligible to refer someone to join. If the referral is current member, it is not allowed.

Terms & Conditions

This referral program are eligible to current, past TheHQ members & non-members. Referring member must fill out a referral form by the referred person for them. Then it is eligible to join this referral program. The referral should commit more than 3 months agreement in order to eligible the requirement. Referring TheHQ member cannot refer someone from their same company to their same location. If two members make the same referral, the reward will go to the member who first submitted the referral form. Referring member will receive reward payment when the new member’s complete the first month agreement. Maximum reward per referral is $1,200.
